Knowledgeable, experienced home inspector willing to go anywhere.  A typical job takes approximately three hours, and ideally, I would like you to join me at the conclusion of the inspection for a discussion of the findings. We will go over the written report with you, accompany you on a walk around of the property to view areas of interest or concern.  I walk on roofs and crawl into spaces that most will not in order to reassure you in the purchase of your property.  I inspect the foundation, structural components, HVAC, exterior coverings/decks/driveways/sidewalks, interior components, floors, fixtures, electrical components/supply, fixed appliances, and all plumbing components. Also, one additional structure at no additional cost will be provided.
